BCR 1109MM – Litigation Executive

My colleagues and I at Bell Cornwall are seeking Litigation Executive for our Northampton based client.

You will be prepared to work in a very fast environment reporting to a qualified solicitor and MUST have as a minimum 3 years exposure of working within debt recovery and litigation.

You will ideally have worked as a Paralegal within debt recovery/litigation.

With the above experience in mind you WILL also have had experience within debt collection and county court claims.

Personal attributes include; using your own initiative, ability to work under pressure due to high levels of cases and the ability to handle individual debtors.

Please note that this client is an in-house legal department and therefore there is no possibility of a training contract for applicants that have completed the LPC.
