IT Recruitment business that is renowned for its excellence, credibility and employee investment are bucking the trend and maintaining their profitability through the recession.
Consequently they are looking for a recruitment resourcer / trainee recruitment consultant to join their business, who will be given the opportunity to progress very quickly into the full consultant role.
Candidates will join initially to work as a resourcer so they can begin to understand the industry, but will be trained and fast-tracked into a consultants role, with the remit to undertake the full recruitment life-cycle and to sell not only the standard recruitment offerings, but also the full recruitment outsourcing solution. You will ideally be Graduate level or equivalent with a natural ability for sales and building client relationships.
In order to be considered, applicants will be educated to degree level, have a car/driving license as travel will be required and above all must be credible, polished and highly engaging.
